The project requires optimizing factory processing solutions through provided models and developing transportation and installation plans for customized oversize products.

Installation and construction must be carried out in a busy street while ensuring environmental safety and adhering to the construction period.

SOLUTION

After several rounds of technical discussions, the technical team of SHBO Group finally decided to divide the overall model into 64 panel units, each being the largest size possible for transportation, which concentrates both the difficulties in construction accuracy and the extension of the project duration within the confines of the factory. In the specific implementation of the production process, we used 1:1 three-dimensional lofting to process each independent node and rod, which led to the achievement of unit assembly and finished product pre-assembly in the factory. This approach reduces the workload of on-site assembly welding, ensures installation accuracy, and simultaneously shortened the project period.
