Single-curved and uniquely shaped components with spans up to 28 meters which requires extremely high processing precision.Weighing approximately 5 tons each, the components present a considerable challenge in safeguarding the integrity of the finished paint surface. Utmost care must be taken to prevent deformation during transportation and lifting.

SOLUTIONS

The raw materials are cut with high-precision laser technology, and a three-dimensional flexible platform is utilized for original proportion layout assembly, to ensure the accuracy control of component dimensions.During the delivery and transportation process, a scientifically sound and reasonable transportation support bracket is designed to fully maintain the original state of the components.
