pecial-shaped space reticulated shell structure
Stainless steel meter-shaped bolted high-precision node
FABRICATION AND CONSTRUCTION CHALLENGES
Due to the thin fireproof requirements of the truss structure and its continuation to the ground, it is necessary to meet not only the precision of the spatial structure but also the fine aesthetic of precision steel. Moreover, the level-2 welding seam generates a large amount of heat, which can easily cause deformation and requires absolute assurance of dimensional accuracy in the grid structure.
SOLUTION
After several rounds of technical discussion, the technical team of Group finally determined to split the model as a whole, and then split each unit into 24 processed refined stainless steel rods. The factory adopts 1 : 1 three-dimensional lofting processing to produce each independent node and rod, which is transported separately to the site for assembly. The rods are connected by bolts to form the designed unit, which can greatly reduce the workload of on-site construction.
