On the morning of December 12th, the "High end Refined Steel Energy saving Profile Production and Construction Project" of Shibo Group, as well as the "Special Alloy Products Project" of Renzhi and the "High end Stainless Steel Fastener Project" of Huajie, jointly held a groundbreaking ceremony.

The "High end Refined Steel Energy saving Profile Production and Construction Project" of Shibo Group covers an area of 56 acres, with a total construction area of 45000 square meters and an investment of 600 million yuan. The project construction includes the headquarters building, R&D center office building, double decker factory buildings, storage center, and supporting living areas.

The overall project is designed with high-end stainless steel products as its positioning, which is highly compatible with the development of the metal new materials industry in Xinghua High tech Zone. It is planned by Dainan Town High tech Zone as a whole, maximizing land use and reducing construction and operation costs. Unified design, construction, and sharing of public facilities, such as public talent apartments, neighborhood centers, sewage treatment, road networks, and logistics services, with three projects including Renzhi Company's "Special Alloy Products Project" and Jiangsu Huajie's "High end Stainless Steel Fasteners Project".

After completion, this will become an important refined steel research and development production base for Shibo, bringing significant improvement to our group's production capacity. We will introduce multiple fully automatic intelligent refined steel production lines for the production and research and development of refined steel and refined stainless steel. It is expected to produce 20000 tons of refined steel and 10000 tons of refined stainless steel annually. It will effectively promote the sustainable development of Xinghua, assist in the transformation and upgrading of traditional stainless steel materials to lightweight, new, and composite materials, and set an example for the stainless steel profile industry.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held in Xinghua High tech Zone, Dainan Town, Xinghua City. Chen Fengjian, Secretary of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee, Liu Hong, Yao Qunyin, Shen Decai, Dai Jinlong, Zhang Donggen, and Ding Yongming, leaders of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee, government office, development and reform, industry and information technology, science and technology, housing and construction, self planning, and administrative approval bureaus, as well as the main and responsible persons of Dainan Town (Xinghua High tech Zone), Mr. Lu Chong from Shibo Group, project representatives, and construction party representatives attended the event together.

The ceremony was presided over by Liu Hong, Executive Vice Mayor of Xinghua Municipal People's Government. At the beginning of the ceremony, Yao Qunyin, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Dainan Town, gave a systematic introduction to the three projects that will be started in this concentrated construction.

Subsequently, Mr. Lu Chong, the President of our group, spoke as the representative of the enterprise at this event. He stated that as an investor, the leaders of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, Dainan Town Party Committee, and relevant departments fully demonstrated the warmth of Xinghua's ability to handle affairs on behalf of others, as well as the speed of Xinghua's ability to quickly acquire land and start construction after delisting. Subsequently, Mayor Lin Jianxiang of Dainan Town issued the "Five Certificates" for the three projects, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the projects.
