In order to enhance team cohesion and allow employees to relax in nature, Shibo Group organized a mid year team building for all employees and their families on July 26-27, 2025. They went to Tonglu and wrote an unforgettable story of their peers in the mountains and waters.

Day 1: Go to Tonglu and unlock the drifting carnival

On the morning of the gathering point, everyone gathered on time with anticipation, and the bus full of longing departed towards Tonglu Huayi Junlai Resort Hotel. The laughter and joy in the carriage continued, and the sense of unfamiliarity gradually dissipated in the relaxed atmosphere. After arriving at the hotel, a sumptuous lunch replenished everyone's energy, and a brief rest refreshed everyone's spirits, looking forward to the exciting itinerary ahead.

After a brief rest, the team headed towards Xiaoxia Drifting. As the raft sailed into the turbulent waterway, screams and cheers echoed through the mountains and waters. During the drifting process, everyone splashed water and cheered each other, standing side by side in the waves to cope with the rapids and dangerous shoals. Colleagues who were originally familiar or unfamiliar gradually developed a tacit understanding through repeated collaborations, and the cohesion of the team quietly drifted stronger in the mountains and waters. After the drifting was over, everyone returned to the hotel to tidy up and then moved to the old lady restaurant with a 39 year heritage. Group President Lu Chong spends happy time with everyone.

Day 2: Strolling through the forest oxygen, indulging in the scenery and returning home

The next day, the team departed from the hotel and soon entered the embrace of Daqi Mountain National Forest Park. Everyone shuttled between the streams of Cuilin, climbing up the stairs. The person in front reached out and pulled, while the person behind cheered softly; When stopping to enjoy the scenery, share the astonishment and joy in each other's eyes. The sunlight shines through the branches and leaves, casting mottled light and shadow, reflecting the figures of the team members in the mountains and waters, forming the most beautiful painting.

After the stroll, everyone went to the same person (Sunshine Huating Store) to enjoy lunch, and the interesting stories and experiences along the way became the topic of conversation on the dining table, with constant laughter. In the afternoon, the team embarked on their return journey, and on the way back, everyone reminisced about the beautiful moments of the past two days: fighting side by side in drifting, mutual assistance and support during hiking, and warm scenes of family members walking together, all of which became the most vivid footnotes of the "team spirit" of Shibo people.

Team building response: Gathering and starting again

A two-day itinerary is a pressure relief valve and also the adhesive for the team. Employees regain vitality amidst the mountains and waters, family members become more familiar with the warmth of their peers, and the team tightens its bonds through repeated collaborations. When the return bus enters the city, Shibo people, with the enthusiasm of the gift of mountains and rivers, are ready to rush towards the challenges and opportunities of the second half of the year with a more united attitude.
