On July 12th, Shibo Group held a grand 2024 mid year meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor of its headquarters. The theme of this meeting is to summarize the achievements of the past six months and plan for the development of the second half of the year, bringing together all employees of the company and managers from various branches.


The meeting will be conducted through a combination of on-site and online methods. The on-site attendees include department heads and factory management teams, while the online attendees include factory team leaders and key personnel from various positions.




CEO's speech: Review and affirmation


   At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Lu Chong, the CEO of the company, delivered a passionate speech.

He conducted a detailed review and inventory of the overall performance of the company in the first half of the year. At the mid year meeting, Mr. Lu conducted an in-depth analysis of the current industry environment. Faced with many challenges, including fierce market competition and severe internal competition.
