FABRICATION AND CONSTRUCTION CHALLENGES

Operating within an exceedingly tight production cycle of just 50 days from order placement to delivery.Controlling the 0.1mm hole distance requirement for cable-stayed ear plates at both ends of the 32-meter long component poses a significant challenge. Given that all welds are classified as secondary welds, the project entails considerable difficulty in terms of deformation resistance and precision control, surpassing the workload of conventional product manufacturing.Transporting the 32-meter long components also presents a formidable challenge.

SOLUTIONS

In order to tackle the hole distance issue, the 3D flexible platform's markings were utilized for lofting. Upon thorough verification, the components were assembled and welded.To address the welds, shrinkage-free measurements and counter-deformation techniques were implemented, grounded on the product's characteristics and dimensions, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy.A team of four 5G senior welders expertly executed the welding process, employing semi-automatic welding techniques for surface filling and covering.Transportation relied on specialized large-sized vehicles, with two cranes operating synchronously to facilitate component loading.
