Moreover, the shape of glass curtain walls is often composed of irregular shapes, resulting in countless nodes that require disassembly, A-side processing, three-dimensional coordinate design, 1:1 layout, and positioning to complete the production.

Shibo Group uses advanced domestic 3D scanning and high-precision instruments to retest the coordinates of the unit framework, automatically analyze the deviation data between the physical object and the model, and minimize possible errors.The unit blocks that have passed the inspection are subjected to surface rust removal treatment, and epoxy zinc rich primer is sprayed under the conditions of meeting Sa2.5 level and roughness reaching 40-70 μ m.4H. The spraying environment humidity should not exceed 70%. The temperature is guaranteed to be within 5-30 degrees.
Do we need to start the installation at this stage? No, the main structure needs to be verified based on the centerline and elevation points provided by the civil engineering unit. Because curtain wall design is generally based on the axis of the building, the layout of glass curtain walls should have a certain relationship with the axis. So, it is necessary to retest the completed civil structure. After retesting, lay the steel wire and determine the installation baseline for the curtain wall.Finally, the installation can proceed. Install the fixed main structure at both ends of the unit panel according to the markings, and draw the installation position of the unit panel according to the drawing requirements.
