Shbo Refined Steel Project-Chongqing Luhai International Center Chongqing Tiandi B11 ( Phase II TP2 Tower ) project is located in B11-1 / 02 plot of Hualongqiao District, Yuzhong District, Chongqing. It is a high-end business building integrating business, leisure, hotel and office functions. The total construction area of the project is about 526,000 square meters, including a 458-meter-high super high-rise 5A-class office building, a 181-meter-high super high-rise hotel apartment and a 100,000-square-meter characteristic shopping center. Once known as the first high-rise building in Chongqing, it was also one of the symbols of the mountain city after its completion.

The facade of the project adopts glass curtain wall, and the design inspiration comes from the traditional sailboat that sails on the Yangtze River and Jialing River. It is very innovative and unique. It is jointly designed and built by the famous architectural firm KPF and East China Architectural Design and Research Institute. The super high-rise tower and the surrounding tower are similar to the two superimposed sailboat shapes. The two sails rise competitively, showing the artistic conception of sailing far away, taking the meaning of ' Jialing sail shadow '.

The facade curtain wall of TP2 tower is built by Chengdu river curtain wall. Due to the overall ultra-high design, the structural strength requirements of the curtain wall support are very high, and the curtain wall builders also attach great importance to the material selection of the structure. In the design of the curtain wall of the 1-3 floors of the tower, the north-south and west columns and beams of the hall are designed with refined steel as the supporting profile. In the selection of materials, Shibo Group stands out among many profiles with its strong technical strength and exquisite refined steel products. It is recognized by the curtain wall construction party and determined as the refined steel supplier of this project.

There are more than ten kinds of customized concave flash refined steel columns and refined steel columns with brackets, and the requirements for hole positions are different. The shortest refined steel column is 14.2 meters, and the longest column height is 20.8 meters. All of them are welded with 8x12 mm Q235 B steel plate, which requires a flat appearance, no burr, curl, bump, deformation and other phenomena. The length deviation is less than 1mm, and the hole spacing deviation of all holes is less than 0.5mm.

After receiving the commissioned production, we treat every detail of the production strictly. The factory director convened the design department, the technical department, the production department, the quality assurance department, the process department and so on. According to the requirements of the whole project for refined steel, we made a detailed combing and formulated a reasonable processing and production plan. According to the initial model and requirements provided by the curtain wall side, the professional curtain wall division splits the model and draws the corresponding coordinate diagram of the column, beam and connector. The factory then lofts and assembles and welds according to the coordinate diagram and the scale on the three-dimensional flexible platform.

For high-efficiency and high-quality welding, we use full-double-head automatic welding robot welding to improve welding efficiency while symmetrically releasing welding heat. Combined with anti-deformation process and slow cooling process, the deformation problem caused by welding can be effectively avoided. Then, the automatic grinding line is used to grind the weld of refined steel to ensure that the weld is smooth and beautiful and meets the accuracy requirements of the section.

In the milling process of refined steel, in order to meet the requirements of hole position and accuracy, we use a large-scale automatic CNC milling integration device to program and import, and all holes are accurately formed according to the requirements.




In the later coating process, steel balls are used to blast and remove rust on the surface of steel to ensure that there are no visible grease, dirt, oxide skin, rust and paint coating attachments on the surface of steel, which effectively increases the adhesion of refined steel paint surface.

Combined with the super large drying room of automatic spraying equipment, the spraying process cycle is effectively shortened. The whole coating standard is strictly implemented in accordance with ISO 12944-2018 and GB / T 30790-2014 ' Anti-corrosion protection of steel structure by protective coating system ' regulations, and the selected primer system also passes the most stringent cyclic corrosion test standard NORSOK M-501.

In the whole project production, we always adhere to the concept of quality as the core, innovation as the driving force, and integrity as the basis. Continuously optimize the construction process and management, and ultimately, in the limited delivery period, we completed the delivery of refined steel on schedule, a refined steel column on schedule.
