Shibo Refined Steel BYD Wuhan Brand Experience Center Project is located in Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center, No.690 Jiefang Avenue, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. The total area is 6550 square meters. The building has a total of 5 floors, including brand display, vehicle display, technology display, user co-creation and other functional areas. It is BYD 's first brand experience center in the world. It brings together BYD 's technology, brand and full matrix model. It is a new landmark project of new energy vehicle culture integrating technology experience, culture and art and quality life.

'One city, one landmark ', the appearance of Wuhan BYD brand experience center is perfectly integrated with Wuhan, which inherits the millennium context and is full of innovative spirit. The design is inspired by the beautiful radian drawn by the Yangtze River in Wuhan, combined with the simple and modern design concept, to create a large area of curved glass exterior wall, and combine the arrangement of blade batteries with the wave light elements of the river to create a wave dazzling artistic shape.

In the construction of a large area of curved curtain wall, in order to better enhance the user service experience, the curtain wall adopts a large transparent design to make the indoor space more open and comfortable. The whole facade adopts a combination of full glass curtain wall and refined steel curtain wall system. The designed single glass is extremely large, which needs to be matched with high-strength structural profiles. 
 
In the selection of materials, the refined steel sample of Shibo Group has a slender and beautiful appearance, smooth and smooth appearance, which is comparable to the aluminum profile, and has been affirmed by the curtain wall construction side. The curtain wall side also refers to the refined steel project completed by Shibo-the entrance hall of the permanent meeting site of the world 's top scientists. The exquisite effect of curved refined steel, combined with the advantages of Shibo 's brand strength for many years, was finally determined as a supplier of refined steel materials for the project.

The total number of customized refined beams, columns and connectors reached 981 pieces, and the longest beams and columns reached 8.725 m. The overall accuracy requirements for each component are very high. The angle is required to be 90 degrees right angle, the whole is flat and smooth, the lines are clear, and there is no burr, scratches, curls and other phenomena. The beams used as the arc curtain wall structure are all arc thin-walled refined steel members, and the angle deviation is required to ensure accuracy. The thickness is only 4mm, which undoubtedly greatly increases the difficulty of production.

After receiving orders for materials, according to the requirements provided by the curtain wall, we carried out a seminar on the BYD project to determine the overall refined steel production ideas for large-span curved sections. The facade is deepened by the curtain wall designer. The refined steel used in the overall structure is carefully split, and the size requirements of each refined steel are marked. Then, the factory carries out equal proportion lofting processing according to the split diagram.

In the production of 4mm thin-walled refined steel, welding is a link that is prone to deformation. In order to avoid the deformation problem, we use the three-dimensional flexible platform assembly fixture to accurately assemble the profile, and use automatic double-head welding to automatically weld. For non-standard nodes, multiple senior welders are used to weld together, and the anti-deformation and welding slow cooling process are used to accurately control the welding quality. 
 
The production of the column We use 8mm Q235B material as the base material, using automatic welding line, automatic grinding line, preferred PPG, Aksu and other international brands of paint combined with automatic coating line for product processing. Professional imported CNC cutting equipment to ensure the accuracy of profile accuracy. 
 
The final finished product perfectly presents the required refined steel effect. In the limited delivery period, Shibo refined steel finished product is delivered on schedule.
